Terms & Conditions
- The successful buyer must complete the sale transaction (including payment) within 5 days from the date of receipt of email notification following the end of the sale. otherwise, the buyer will be consider as NON-PAY buyer.
- A cancellation fee of 5.5% of the total sale is applicable for any cancellations (including wrong bidding / change of mind / family or friend bidding without consent / fraud bidding). This is to cover listing fees (which are non-refundable from eBay) and also to discourage people from dummy bidding.
- All auctions are final and must be paid within 5 working days of the auction ending. You will need to notify us if you cannot pay within this period. Failure to do so will result in an unpaid strike against your account.

- Most orders ship within 48 business hours after payment received. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery.
- Items are mainly shipped via Australia Post or Toll within 1 business day full payment is received unless outside of business hours.
- Any charges incurred by parcels that cannot be posted due to Buyer providing incorrect address will be covered by the Buyer. These charges must be paid before item can be resent.

Warranty
- All listed items come with its warranty description. Buyers please note the different of the warranty term
- Please email us if the item is DOA (dead on arrival) within 7 days from the date of dispatch. We will replace the item if the returned item has been found faulty after the checking by our technician. However, you will be charged inspection fee of $15.00 if the returned item is found to be working and the item will be delivered back to you at your expense.
- Manufacturer warranty: Buyers have to contact manufacturer of the item for all the warranty service within the warranty period. FTC Computers Online has no other responsibility (included DOA) to item which covered with Manufacture warranty.
- Manufacturer On-site Warranty: Buyers have to contact manufacture of the item to arrange booking of all on-site service within the warranty period. Manufaturer will arrange courier for pickup at your place. FTC Computers Online has no any responsibility to item Manufacture On-site warranty.
- Replacement warranty (Return to Base): All Faulty item can be replaced with full functional unit after checking process (take up to 20 business day) within warranty period. Buyer has responsibility to send back the faulty item to FTC Computers Online.
- No Return Basis: item sold as is, NO return nor refund.

Return Policy
- For All Auction items: Basically, auction items are NOT refundable after being sent out. However, we will ONLY process refund based on the rules of consumer right from the ACCC
- For All "Buy it Now" BRAND NEW items ONLY : FTC Computers Online offers 14 days refund policy on all UNOPENED items. A restocking fee of 20% (or $20 whichever is greater) of the purchase price will be deducted.
